Our project "South Extension of Wuhan Metro Line 7" passed the First Article Inspection of CRRC Zhuzhou Locomotive Co., Ltd. successfully on March 8th, 2018.

The project totally contains 15 trains and 180 units. It was approved on December 14th, 2017, but the first delivery was at the end of February 2018. Not only we were pressed for time, but also the risk of project progress increased sharply because the vacation of New Year’s Day and Spring Festival were included in this period that increased the uncertainty of the material preparation .

In this case, the project team drew up the risk prevention plan positively, and they discussed and decided to keep the plan that two prototypes are produced in order, then the improvement is followed. Together with the efforts of the Welding Department, the R & D Center and the QA Department and others, we finished the appraisal of the first prototype and the cabinet of the second prototype before Spring Festival, and conducted the performance test during Spring Festival vacation to ensure the quality of products and prepare for the first production after the vacation. Now the first production is proceeding smoothly and the delivery will be on March 28th after the production is completed.
